Wonderful location, room as advertised and courteous staff.

Very well located. The staff was courteous and always willing to help. The room was exactly as advertised and the location allowed for nearby restaurants and close to a major subway station making crossing the city quite easy.

The room could have more light and outlets. The bathroom has sufficient outlets but to charge multiple cellphones and backup batteries at night we felt a bit cramped. Additionally, the room lacks a central strong light while having a mostly dark decor - so if you drop something at night it can be tricky to find it on the ground. A stronger central light should fix that.

fab weekend in paris

Hotel is in a very central location. Open top bus shop 2 mins down the same street. Lots of shops / bars / restaurants on the doorstep also. Great connection for metro lines aswell. Many attractions within walking distance of hotel Hotel was very clean and excellent breakfast. Staff were all lovely

1. Location 2. It was a nice gesture left in the room for our four years old young lady; Balloon, mini toy, candy, colouring book, crayons it was excellent THANK YOU 3. extra bed provided for young lady which was not expected, thank you so much for that 4. Cleanliness of room was spot on

The heating in the bathroom was not working which I found odd as we were not informed until we questioned. The reception has offered another room but I guess it should have been thought by then that the family with child shouldn't have been allocated to that room

The niveau of the staff is exceptionally high -- in their professionalism, courtesy, finesse, good taste, and elegant, h

It was beautifully, tastefully designed, comfortable and spacious.

Only one thing I would change: to move the bureau out of the closet so there is more hanging room. The bureau then could be used to hold a suitcase instead of the leather cube!

Fantastic location! You can walk to everything from here!

Beautiful hotel! Location was fantastic, you can walk to all the tourist locations from this hotel! The cleaning staff left delicious chocolates in our room every evening from the chocolate shop next door to the hotel.

Very poor lighting, the rooms are very dark, could not see well enough to do make-up in the bathroom. The bar and restaurant are not staffed properly.

Location was perfect. The hotel was quiet and secure. The room was exactly as advertised, and we found everything perfect. We especially appreciated the extra efforts from the staff. Particular thanks to Kilian who went above and beyond, rescuing my wife from being overcharged by taxi. It was well beyond our expectations and elevated the stay.

Good (for Paris) but hard to sleep due to sounds in rooms next to ours.

Fresh and clean, nice design. Friendlt staff. Central location

There is basically no soundproofing between the rooms so you hear everything, like really everything from the rooms next to yours. Even when people plug in their phone in the wall outlet. Not to mention voices and shouting. Rooms are tiny.

Comfortable Stay for a Family Visit to Paris

Location of the hotel was awesome. It was in the Opera area and close walk to everything or 5-10 min taxi ride. Room was comfortable and spacious and was kept clean at all the times. I had the used the Breakfast on my Check-out date, which was good. Eggs, omelettes, baguettes, cheese etc.

I think because of the age of the building and regulations, lift was not too big and there was only one in the hotel. Sometimes we had to wait couple minutes. Depending on the floor of your room, it may be seen as a disadvantage. I do not complain about it though.

A very nice, small boutique hotel with a stellar staff and also a very good value in terms of price.

The staff were our favorite part. Everyone was pleasant and Helene the front desk manager and the concierge were terrific. I have a CPAP and was not able to get the distilled water needed for it our entire time in Amsterdam. The staff went out of their way to get me some which made my sleep much better. They also helped us get our bearing in the city. The room was cozy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It terrace was also very nice.

The neighborhood the hotel was in is very nice and clean, and a few minutes walk to multiple metro stations. But coffee shops and stores in the area open very late if you're wanting to get up early to see the city. It is not near the more bustling social centers in the city but it does not take long to get their by the metro. The room was nice but it was always very warm no matter what we did. We had to sleep with the window open to stay cool. The shower has a weird design and every time I showered the bathroom floor was filled with standing water no matter what I tried.
